I believe this Czech group owns Fiocchi who went from “How do you pronounce that?” to a major player in the ammunition industry. Hopefully we’ll see a similar growth for the ex-Vista brands.

Years ago I bought into the .44 Mag but the old guy who taught me a lot about casting worshiped the .41.
For all intents and most purposes the two big mags are interchangeable. But they’re still big guns.

My 3” WC in 10mm is a different package completely and has become my most carried gun. Only a bit shorter than my 10mm 1911, about the same weight and four rounds less capacity it doesn’t make good sense but as one fellow on a different online forum said “Revolvers are just more organic”.

Don’t worry, the SR1911 gets a lot of love too.
