Hodgdon’s published max is 8.2 grains of longshot behind a Hornady 200 FMJ for 1172 fps @35,000 psi. If I recall correctly they lowered their max powder charge.

For reference I’m running the same 200gr Montana bullet works hardcast gas checked bullet behind 8.8 grains of longshot seated to 1.236 OAL starline case and Winchester LP primer. I’m getting 1277 FPS out of my legion p220. 20 FPS extreme spread and 8.0 FPS standard deviation.
I’m confident with this load out of my gun. I certainly my wouldn’t recommend this load in any other gun. I know it’s most likely over SAMMI max of 37,500
