I am starting to see empty shelves in stores and even on the net. you would think the manufactures would get a hint after a while!! but no I guess not!!
Well I have stocked up very well anyway. Craig -

I don’t get out much the last while. Not that I can’t, just don’t have much need.
American Reloading seems to be better stocked than they have been in quite some time. I picked up 5K LPP from them to fill the one big hole I had in my inventory.
Looking online for Sportsmans Warehouse, they have upped the in-store limits on primers from limit 2(100 packs) to limit 10(100 packs).
That said, I expect as we progress into the election that supplies will once again dwindle.

Just got back from the local gun shop and bought Winchester small pistol primers for 64.99 per1000 with tax out the door for 69.70!! This is the leased I have paid in a few years. They had a lot of stock. I think I paid like 87.00 a week ago there. Craig
BTW the panic is subsiding!! -

I’m sure manufactures have raised their prices substantially, but not this high, retailers aren’t going to let these profits go easily

Yeah…We are absolutely still getting gouged. Best I can recall CCI primers were around $35/k at my local sporting good store in 2018. Applying the standard inflation rates from 2018 to today, that same box of primers should cost $45 today. The other $20/k is add profit on top of the 2018 margins (which were already high from the last shortage).

Well I am in the misted of large quantities of 9mm brass cleaning as I have like 10 smaller jars of brass I have gotten over the last couple of years. It amounts to 3 large loads in the ss tumbler of I would guess 500+ per load or more. They are coming out like brand new and very shiny the way I like brass. Craig
