Hornady latest reloading manual has 13.2 grains max. for accurate #9.
Hodgdon 2022 reloading manual has 12.5 grains max. of accurate #9.
and hodgdon p.s.i. is at 37,000. Nearing the 37,500 max. for the 10mm.
I will say that Accurate Arms #9 powder has undergone several changes over the years.
1) Early batches of AA#9 were MicroBeads of Winchester WC820
2) Over time AA#9 was a blend of Winchester WC820 (90%) microbeads and Winchester WC350 (10%) flatten ball
3)Later the blend was changed to Winchester WC820 (80%) microbeads and IMI No7 (20%) flatten ball IMI Systems, previously Israel Military Industries Which was AA#7
4)The newest AA#9 powder is made as a flatten ball powder and a homogeneous powder

Most AA9 I can stuff in any 10mm case is about 12.3gn and still seat a 200XTP to book length. I will say that’s probably a good thing as a mid-range load of AA9 in my 500 Magnum was HOTTTT!!!!, and the cases were so tight they needed to be drifted out of the cylinder. I found the same with some of the available AA7 data in other cartridges so I always start way low and watch the chrono very closely.
